I love working with Enhance because...
The organization is genuinely committed to high-quality early childhood education and supporting both educators and children. The culture is warm, collaborative, and child-centred, which makes it a rewarding environment to be part of every day.
I would describe my role for Enhance as;
As a practice mentor, my role is to guide, support, and empower educators to deliver the highest standard of care and learning. I work alongside educators to build their confidence, strengthen their practice, and ensure children experience safe, nurturing, and inspiring learning environments.
Hobbies
I love spending quality time with my children and grandchildren, I enjoy going to the driving range with my son, and spending quality time with my partner when he is home on his 7 days off.
