I feel a sense of belonging, I work within a great team that helps me to learn and grow every day. Enhance is always looking ahead and forward thinking and I am excited about the future goals that lie ahead

I am hoping to inspire, motivate, encourage my educators as much as I can, making sure they feel comfortable to reach out whenever they need to and feel supported.

Enhance is continually working toward the best outcomes for children, Families, Educators and Staff. There is a true feeling of comradery, support and caring at Enhance.

I would describe my role for Enhance as;

My role is to listen, advise and help educators with any admin requirements.

How long have you been with Enhance?

Since February 2019

I love working with Enhance because...

I get to work on a daily basis with educators, staff and families that have the same passion for Family daycare as I do. I love the feeling when walking away at the end of the day that I have helped support educators to run their businesses efficiently and effectively for the benefit of the families of our service.

I would describe my role for Enhance as;

To provide administrative support to educators and families of Enhance Family Daycare. I support educators in Harmony, processing of timesheets, invoicing and receipting, onboarding and exiting of families and ccs requirements.
